DNS: 2-D Couette-Poiseuille Flow with Zero Wall Skin Friction

This flow is a 2-D
Couette-Poiseuille flow, with zero mean skin friction on one of the walls.
The flow was computed
using the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a pseudo-spectral code.
